This role handles client consultations, drafts core estate planning documents, and assists with probate/trust administration as needed. Responsibilities
- Conduct estate planning consultations and advise clients.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Support probate and trust administration matters.
- Work collaboratively with paralegals and staff to manage caseload efficiently.
- Maintain accurate files and provide timely communication to clients.
- J.D. and active license in at least MD.
- Estate planning experience preferred (3–5+ years).
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
